Training at the Nothnagle Academy is appropriately named XLR8 because agents who complete the eight-day course are immediately accelerated into their new career! Our free XLR8 Training Program is an intensive training course packed with classes covering all of the basics agents need to know to jump start their business. The intimate, in-depth classes are taught by some of the finest instructors in the industry, actual “boots on the ground” agents and managers who love to share their knowledge and many years of experience in the real estate industry. Agents are taught in a comfortable and welcoming environment where they are encouraged to ask questions in order to gain the knowledge, confidence and understanding they need to be successful in today’s market. This training is exclusive to Nothnagle agents and is open to not only new agents, but agents of all experience levels looking to boost their business. The XLR8 Training Program is offered at our training facility in Henrietta, NY. Instructors also provide coaching and classes year-round that is appropriate for everyone looking to stay current with the ever-changing tools and technologies of the business.
New real estate agents who attend the XLR8 program at the Nothnagle Academy, are able to enroll in Nothnagle’s Mentor Program. Mentors consist of experienced Nothnagle industry veterans, who are committed to coaching new agents in the ways of the business. Mentors must agree to work with new agents by attending regular face-to-face meetings, establish consistent communication via phone and email, meet weekly with them, help them achieve their goals and much more. Nothnagle mentors are there to help agents by sharing their personal experiences, and knowledge to help the new agents feel comfortable and confident in their real-life real estate transactions. Mentors assist new agents in other areas such as prospecting, role playing, goal setting, business planning, time management and more. New agents enrolled in the program shadow their mentor and attend a variety of meetings of a real estate transaction such as an engineer’s inspection, a final walk-through and the buyer’s application process in order to see first-hand how their experienced mentor handles the process.
